Create this fun and easy snail planter after learning just a few clay basic techniques!
'stache instructors will show you how to build with clay and use texture tools to create patterns on your shapes. You'll leave the clay to be fired in our kiln, then you get to return to paint or glaze them!
Workshop includes:
– 1.5 lbs of clay
– Use of clay tools & guided instruction
– Use of apron/smock
- Return visit to glaze/paint your item during your convenience of open studio hour

A summer camp for the littles in your life who slime, oobleck, and science experiments. We will learn the science behind the kiln, create a volcanic explosion, use oil pastels to create a "resist" to watercolor paints, and create tessellations AKA math art.

An event for the kid that LOVES stuffies; great for ages 3+
Kids will choose from a wide variety of stuffed animals, paint an outfit for their stuffie, fill out an adoption certificate, and play some art games!
Our farmer friends are bringing silkie chicks and chickens to the studio!
Hold a baby chick as you paint your piece of pottery, or get a photo with a full grown chicken! The chickens will be hanging out with us for an hour from 6-7pm, but you're welcome to begin painting anytime that day.

Kick off Downtown Griffin's Ice Cream Stroll by painting your very own ice cream bowl! Our experienced instructors will be on hand to demonstrate our supplies and glazes, then walk you through your chosen design step-by-step! All materials included. Price includes glazes and firing.

Show up during any open studio session and tell us your name.
We'll press the kids' hands into clay, and you're done!
We'll fire them, paint and glaze them, fire them again, and text you when they're ready to be picked up.
You take it home, display it or gift it, and marvel at how little your kids' hands used to be for years to come.
