Check “trying the pottery wheel” off your bucket list by booking one of our pottery wheels! Grab a friend or a date and make it a fun night out.
Make sure to select “add an instructor” if you’d like to be guided step-by-step through creating a basic bowl/vessel. Otherwise, you’ll be on your own to see what you can create.*
If you create a piece you’d like to keep, the glazing and firing fees are $10 per piece.
*Please note – if you don’t have any pottery wheel experience and would like to create something you can return to glaze, we highly suggest adding an instructor. We reserve the right to refuse to fire any “creations” that don’t meet our standards in order to protect our kiln and other works inside it.
Wheel lessons take about an hour, please plan for about 10 minutes after the lesson to assist in wheel clean up.

Pieces are ready to be glazed and fired within 14 days of the lesson. You'll receive a text notifying you, and you can drop in without an appointment anytime the studio is open to glaze your pieces. We'll explain everything about our glazes during your second visit.
